    Concio, onis, a pulpet or stage, wherein he standeth that exhorteth people. Also an assembly or congregation of people, callyd togyther, to here the commaundement of the kynge, or other in authorytye in the weale publyque. Also it is the oration or proposition made vnto them, called a concion.
